What surprised me though was that he came inside the house and kept saying them.
It was then I realized he had a termometer inside the meat that sent a wireless signal to a portable device which he had put in the house (you can carry it around with you on your belt of you want) and showed the temperature.
He says you can set alarms if the neat gets too hot or not hot enough and take action accordingly.
The outcome was a perfectly cooked piece of tenderloin ...
Amazing !
