We are back from a great day's ride.
Time to spend talking about the days experiences having chips with great salsa, some nuts and pistachios 'watered' down with beer (Indian Pale Ale) and tequila.
For the evening meal Norma made chicken with vegetables on a skewer done on the outside grill and sugared walnut and spinach salads.
It was all done with much finesse and it tasted amazing.
We came for the ride and camaraderie but I must say we are enjoying the food a lot as well.
