A feast

One thing is to have lots of food (check) and the other is to turn that into an amazing meal.

We can say without a doubt that Norma Olson (Craig's wife) is a magician in the kitchen. 

She humbly says that the trick is to send motorcyclists out to play first so when we come back we are famished.

We did go out and we did play, but I still say (and this is everyone's opinion) the food was excellent.

We started with Newcastle Brown Ale (British beer that Graeme says you can now buy at Walmart) to quench our thirst, and we do recommend.

In the meantime, Norma prepared a salad with blue cheese and cooked mushrooms and green beans while Craig did his magic on the tenderloin.

And voilá ...

To top it all, home made red velvet cake freshly cooked while we were riding.

A true feast that started a great evening of interaction and talking about different topics.

Wow, what a first night !
